Introduction & Eligibility

Noisy Pitch provides rehearsal spaces for music rehearsal, DJ production, podcasting, and music recording. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You must:

- Be 16 or over to use our services or make a booking.

- Bring valid ID if you are under 25. Anyone suspected to be under 16 will be asked to leave unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

- Register using your own name and details.

- Not let others book on your behalf or share your login credentials.

Locations

These terms apply to all Noisy Pitch venues, including:

- Noisy Pitch Layhams

- Noisy Pitch Kimberley Park

Some site-specific rules may apply and will be displayed or communicated separately.

Opening Hours & Access

- Layhams Farm: Open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week

- Noisy Pitch Kimberley Park: Open 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 7 days a week

Please ensure you only attend during these hours. Entry outside these times is not permitted unless previously arranged.

Booking & Payments

- Bookings must be made through our website using a valid email address.

- Payment is made online by PayPal, credit or debit card. You don’t need a PayPal account.

- Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- You may cancel or reschedule a booking 2 days or more in advance for a full refund or credit.

- If cancelled less than 2 days before the booking, a credit note will be issued.

- Credit notes must be used within 180 days.

Conduct & Safety Rules

By booking, you agree to:

- Be responsible for the behaviour and safety of all persons accompanying you.

- Keep noise levels under 105 dB and be respectful when entering or leaving the site.

- Vacate the room at the end of your booked time.

- Remove all your equipment and rubbish before leaving.

- Keep all doors closed during sessions.

- Not smoke indoors.

- Report any damage, suspicious behaviour, or equipment failure immediately by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

- Never tamper with or obscure CCTV, noise monitoring devices, or alarms.

- Adhere to government guidance on COVID-19 and any other health regulations.

- Keep entry codes confidential.

We monitor CCTV and may listen in at times for security and safety.

Equipment & Liability

- Any equipment provided by Noisy Pitch is your responsibility during use.

- You agree to compensate Noisy Pitch for any damage to property or equipment without limitation of cost.

- We are not responsible for loss or damage to your equipment or personal belongings.

- Do not bring dangerous, illegal, or hazardous materials onsite. This includes but is not limited to: illegal drugs, nitrous oxide, weapons, or smoke machines.

Tuition & Teaching of Minors

If you are providing tuition:

- You confirm you are over 18 and operating as a business, not a consumer.

- You hold valid Public Liability Insurance.

- You have carried out risk assessments and follow all relevant health and safety laws.

- You are trained in Basic First Aid and carry a first aid kit.

- You will not film or photograph minors.

- You are responsible for ensuring all minors are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

- You have relevant DBS checks and safeguarding policies in place.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Noisy Pitch enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content or activity that promotes or encourages:

- Hate, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

- Violence, threats of suicide, physical trauma.

- Drug use or underage drinking.

Data & Privacy

- We only collect the minimum personal information necessary to provide our services.

- Your data is never shared with third parties.

- We may occasionally email you with updates about our services. You can opt out at any time.

Legal Stuff

By booking with Noisy Pitch, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noisy Pitch, its owners, staff, agents, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services or premises.
